Description

The Greene Oak, Windsor, is recruiting for an experienced hospitality supervisor to work in our pub across restaurant, bar & host sections.


We are looking for experienced restaurant and bar supervisors/shift leaders to join the front of house team, deliver excellent service and grow within our company, Brucan Pubs.

Salary available paid hourly or monthly.

Salary offered ranging from £12.00 to £15.00 per hour depending on experience and weekly hours.

Our restaurant & bar team are the face of the business and we are looking for a customer focused & friendly hospitality supervisor to deliver our great food & beverage with the ability to multi task, organise junior staff and support the managers.


The owners of the business work alongside the operations team to provide full support and share their passion for hospitality, British cuisine, integrity & teamwork.

This role requires someone with experience in busy, customer facing positions. We are looking for someone passionate about food & beverage, who is highly organised and a keen problem solver.


Duties will include:

  • Food & drinks menu and product knowledge
  • Excellent customer service
  • Supervising junior staff
  • Working closely with senior managers
  • Maintaining and overseeing service standards
  • Help provide training and development of the team
  • Opening and closing procedures
