Your opportunity
You will:
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support to frontline Portfolio Managers (including Desk Heads), Research Analysts and support teams within the Investments department
- Be responsible for diary management, including arranging internal and external meetings, calls and video conferences across multiple time zones
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support to desk heads and other members of the team
- Book domestic and international travel itineraries
- Manage expenses for the team, including processing expense claims in a timely manner
- Be responsible for managing internal systems and databases within the team
- Work closely with other Assistants within the business function to ensure all areas have secretarial support at all times and cover where appropriate, including covering other Assistants during periods of holiday and sickness
- Carry out other duties as assigned

- Prior experience working as a team secretary or PA
- Experience working within a medium/large size global firm
- Diary management and travel booking experience
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills, Intermediate Word and PowerPoint skills
- Advanced typing skills
- Understanding of the importance of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively, use own initiative and be a selfstarter
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Willingness to be flexible and take on projects when required
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
