The Role


The role will also require excellent written and verbal communication skills, a self-motivator with the ability to work individually and as part of a team, with a knack for problem solving.

Full training will be provided.


Requirements:


  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Powerpoint & Excel.
  • Administrative experience is preferred but not essential.

Roles and Responsibilities - H&S

- Provide general administration support to the H&S team, including minute-taking, letter typing, photocopying/scanning and filing.

  • Reviewing, updating and monitoring key SHEQ documentation including compliance spreadsheets and internal/external inspection systems.
  • Collect, collate and input accurate data for record keeping and improvement purposes.
  • Development of safety presentations for internal/external performance and safety meetings.
  • Assist H&S team with the updating of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Updating of personnel training records and booking of new/refresher courses.
  • Promote and champion key health and safety information and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities - Finance / Commercial

  • Collating and inputting data from paperwork onto excel sheets.
  • General inputting data and updating of spreadsheets.
  • Admin assistance to the finance department.

Salary:

£23,000


Hours:

45 hours per week (Monday - Friday 8am-5pm)
