Description

We require an experienced and reliable cleaner based in (or near) the Glasgow area.

Your will role will involve traveling to various addresses across Glasgow to carry out general maintenance cleans of the communal closes and stairwells of residential flats.

Job Details:

68 hours per day, Monday-Friday, 7:00am8:00am starts
Hourly rate based on level of experience and performance (starting at £10.00 per hour)

Daily Duties:
The job will involve maintaining the cleanliness of communal areas within the flats to a high standard, this includes:

Mopping floors
Hoovering carpets
Cleaning glass
General dusting
Cleaning lifts
Wiping stair rails and window sills
Any other relevant cleaning tasks required

Required Qualities:

Must be an experienced, efficient cleaner with high standards
Must be trustworthy and reliable
Must be in good physical health and physically fit
Must possess good timekeeping skills
Must have a good manner and a professional appearance
Must be capable of working to a high standard as part of a small team or on your own
Must be English speaking and have good communication skills
Must be friendly and polite to members of the public and other colleagues
