The Role of the Operations Supervisor:

  • You will be looking after operations of a team in the UK and overseas whilst based in a UK office.
  • The goal is to think about the big picture and ensure everything is running efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • The role of the operations supervisor is to monitor the team and if they are efficiently planning their workload. If not, this is your responsibility to alter the process and make sure things are done smoothly.
  • You will drive loyalty and leadership within the teams to maximise performance and efficiency.
  • You will be adhering to and setting up KPI's that will help the overall process.
  • Overcoming any problems by setting up meetings and necessary precautions.

The Ideal Person for the Operations Supervisor:

  • Experience in an operations role is required
  • Ideally, you would have worked for a manufacturing company in an operations supervisor position
