A growing Specialist Food Distribution company, La Chasse Limited in Zeals is looking for someone to assist with purchasing & stock control.

Monday-Friday with one Saturday a month.

This company has a strong reputation in their industry and supplies high quality products to chefs & caterers and now the home.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Procurement support by keeping products & prices up todate
Analyse product activity
Assist with managing supply chain and stock control in the warehouse
Place and expedite purchase orders as required according to business needs
Support operations by resolving any queries regarding deliveries
Escalate and resolve supplier queries with suppliers
Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork

Skills & Experience Required:

Purchasing Experience within the food industry/hospitality, preferred
Proven ability to work well with others at all organisational levels, to organise and prioritise, and to participate on crossfunctional teams
A high standard of IT skills, including Microsoft Office, specifically Excell & ERP systems
A confident telephone manner & superb communication skills
Assertive / time management skills / attention to detail
Excellent mathematical Skills
Keen to develop within the role

Salary:
£26,000.00 per year
