ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for Team Leaders to join our #WeAreMcCain family.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join a successful and thriving global organisation.

With support of the Shift Manager, it would be your role to lead a team of multi-skilled operatives to deliver targets ensuring that Health, Safety, Food Safety and Quality targets and standards are met, as well as ensuring our products are packed to company standard.

You'll also.

Coach and support team members to achieve full multiskilling, through the creation of opportunities for upskilling and training which support this.
Manage the area Safety, Quality, Delivery and Customer process, ensuring that hourly performance boards are updated, any issues highlighted with appropriate remedial action taken and present the data and update on actions during daily meetings.
To be accountable for your personal safety and the safety of your team; including others who may be affected by the company's activities.
Challenging unsafe behaviours and providing consequences to those who do not follow the company H&S policy.
Actively promote and drive a continual improvement culture

All whilst maintaining high quality, hygiene, maximum production, and a high level of safety - our number one priority here at McCain.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal Team Leader will have previous experience of working in a similar role within food manufacturing.

You will be able to work as part of a team, as well as lead a team of up to 12 operators.

You'll also...

Have a keen eye for continuous improvement and who will strive to find areas to enhance our line operations within our plant.
The ability to work at pace, without jeopardising quality and standards.
A team player who can play towards creating our winning culture.
A passion for quality with an eye for detail.

WHERE WILL I WORK?
