Corby

Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5 hrs (08:30-17:00_

Salary circa £24k - negotiable DOE


My Corby based client is a successful SME business, who due to continued growth, are recruiting for their newly created role of Customer Care Executive.

Full training will be provided and there are excellent prospects for advancement.

The primary objectiveof the position is to provide excellent service to the larger key accounts and to ensure the company retains medium and larger accounts through regular contact.

Duties will include;

  • Service larger key accounts, ensuring that requests are dealt with promptly, providing the right solutions at competitive prices.
  • Develop a retention strategy for medium and larger accounts, including phone calls, and occasional visits,
  • Identify any problems customers have, and notify the relevant department and ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Proactively follow up on all quotations sent in a reasonable time scale
  • Where relevant arrange customer site visits to better understand requirements etc
  • Provide backup to the sales administrators, processing sales orders, raising purchase orders and raising nonconformances etc.
  • Ensure the development of the contact database, ensuring all relevant fields are completed and that the quality of information continuously improves to assist with account management and targeted direct marketing.
  • Build relationships with key suppliers to gain knowledge within the market place.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
