Are you looking for a part-time, mainly home based Internal Recruiter job (you will be required to come into the office 1 to 2 times per month to integrate with the team) that will allowyou to grow, develop, and be surrounded by great people?

What will be your responsibilities?
As an experienced Internal Recruiter you will:
- Identify the best methods of recruiting and taking a lead on improving recruitment and assessment methods
- Develop a resourcing plan and organise your time accordingly
- Write and post job ads
- Proactively develop relationships with key recruiting partners
- Provide support with onboarding
What are we looking for in a team member?
The traits we look for in an Internal Recruiter are:
- At least 1 year of internal recruitment, in-house recruitment, or HR experience
- Proven track record of successful recruiting
- Knowledge and experience with using LinkedIn for recruitment purposes
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Able to multitask and prioritise appropriately
- Knowledge of best proactive recruitment techniques
