What will be your responsibilities?

As an experienced Internal Recruiter you will:

  • Identify the best methods of recruiting and taking a lead on improving recruitment and assessment methods
  • Develop a resourcing plan and organise your time accordingly
  • Write and post job ads
  • Proactively develop relationships with key recruiting partners
  • Provide support with onboarding

What are we looking for in a team member?
The traits we look for in an Internal Recruiter are:

  • At least 1 year of internal recruitment, in-house recruitment, or HR experience
  • Proven track record of successful recruiting
  • Knowledge and experience with using LinkedIn for recruitment purposes
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Able to multitask and prioritise appropriately
  • Knowledge of best proactive recruitment techniques
  • Driven
