An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Legal Services Team at Swansea Bay University Health Board.

The post is for a Legal Services Officer within the Swansea Bay University Health Board Team.


Legal Services is a fast-paced, busy team and the post holder will be required to concentrate for long periods of time during difficult meetings and environments.

The post requires an ability to deal with sensitive information and unforeseen interruptions that may require immediate attention.

The post holder will be expected to travel to meetings off site when required.

The post holder will be involved in the handling of clinical negligence claims, personal injury claims and inquests.


The post holder should have experience with case handling and should be confident with legislation such as the Civil Procedure Rules, Coroner and Justice Act 2009 and Pre-Action Protocol.
