We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Project Manager to join a busy and fast paced team in this full-time, permanent role based at our manufacturing site in Poynton, Stockport.

As part of the Project Management team at STI Ltd, you will be responsible for individual project schedules, budget control, quality, and ensuring that our customer expectations are met in line with business requirements.

The
Project Manager will:

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be the business pointofcontact for our customers' project deliverables
Be accountable for maintaining schedule, project order book and sales forecasts
Work with the manufacturing team to define and implement effective and efficient delivery strategies.
Be responsible for validating internal order acceptance and maintaining a validated schedule and CTC for each project
Liaise with STI's internal departments, including Bids, Quality Assurance, Planning, and Procurement to ensure every project meets our high standards.
Contribute to, and coordinate responses to technical and manufacturing queries from customers

For this role you will need:

Ability to effectively communicate, influence, negotiate and form relationships
To be a selfstarter with a positive attitude and a motivational drive to overcome problems effectively.
To be proficient in the use of MS and projectrelated software packages
Demonstratable experience working in a project / programme management role
Educated to degree level or qualified by experience
Commercially astute
Proficiency in manufacturing systems such as MRP
Strong people management and development skill
The ability to achieve full UK Security Clearance with no restrictions.
