Description
We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Quality and Compliance TeamThe successful person will have excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
They must be self motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative ensursing deadlines and targets are met.
The Compliance Officer, under the direction of the Quality and Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring and measuring compliance across various departments within the business.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
QA Process
- Ensure complete follow up and closure on quality issues.
- Provide monthly analysis of gaps in process and report to Quality and Compliance Manager for follow up.
- Provide quarterly analysis of Community Manager compliance levels for KPI purposes.
- Ensure letters contain accurate information before being sent out.
Management of Complaints/Compliments, /Accident/Incidents
- Maintain and manage compliment/complaints, accident/incident reports ensuring each are managed within relevant time frames.
- Review trends in complaints/quality issues and identify areas for improvement.
Departmental Audits
- Conduct monthly audits in the following departments: Recruitment, HR and Training.
- Review Operational audits and report on the quality status of all audits completed.
- Review Housing audits and liaise with Housing Audit and Compliance Manager.
