Salary - £45-55,000.00 dependent upon experience plus 10% profit and performance related bonus.

Key Activities

The role will be supporting our digital marketing platforms which include but are not limited to: working to enhance our E-Commerce platform Adobe Commerce (Magento), investigate alternatives such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WordPress website, Marketing automation tools such as Pardot and work on IoT and Telemetry solutions for our future connected machines with integrations to our CRM and ERP platforms Salesforce, SAP and Vending Management Software


The role is also responsible for contributing to the end-to end management of the development and implementation of IT solutions in support of the overall business strategy.

Therefore, the role involves ensuring efficient and effective use of IT investments and resources, working closely with technical teams, assists in testing and quality assurance, as well as assisting in managing IT suppliers and related contracts.

Prepares reports on project progress and recommends improvements to IT delivery processes.

  • Contributes to the development of valuable and reliable IT solutions which satisfy the business requirement.
  • Supports the management of IT projects and enhancements from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Works closely with technical teams to understand the technical requirements of projects and recommends solutions that align with technical standards and best practices;
  • Assists in managing the IT project budget ensuring assigned investments and resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Assists in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that IT projects are delivered to the required quality standards, in line with best practices and industry standards.
  • Assists in managing IT contracts and thirdparty vendors and service providers within own area of responsibility.
  • Prepares reports for regular updates to relevant stakeholders of business areas on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Researches and provides recommendations to improve IT delivery processes.
