We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This position requires strong hospitality skills, bartending experience, and knowledge of conferencing is desirable


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system
  • Follow all food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
  • Strong bartending skills, including knowledge of various drink recipes
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

From £26,517.00 per year
