As a Trainee Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for increasing branch revenues through new business activities and cross-selling with other areas of the business.

The Role:
- Generate market appraisals through prospecting and utilising business development software on a weekly basis.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and work closely with the marketing department to assist with campaigns.
- Call through our database to identify new opportunities and liaise with our Lettings Department to identify opportunities and provide valuation figures.
- Conduct all market appraisals, provide clients with realistic sales figures and marketing strategy, and create property listings to the highest standard following company guidelines.
- Qualify incoming leads and arrange viewings, conduct block viewings where possible, and provide excellent customer service to prospective buyers.
- Offer advice and be as helpful as possible, and provide feedback quickly and professionally to the vendor.
- Maintain and regularly contact a list of developers and portfolio landlords.
The Person:
- 1+ years' experience working in the Property Industry
- Sales and targetdriven mindset.
- A highly organised approach to work.
- Disciplined work ethic.
- Highly effective time management skills.
- Outstanding personal skills.
- Ability to develop key relationships.
- Clear customer focus.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Full driving license and access to own car
The Benefits:
- Up to £24,000 DOE
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing with length of service
