We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for driving technological innovation and enhancing productivity within local businesses to join Halesowen College as an Innovate Consultant.


As an Innovate Support Addisor based at Halesowen College, you will collaborate closely with the Innovate Consultant and local businesses, providing hands-on support in deploying various digital technologies, including AI and cyber security.


What we are looking for someone with:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and positively impact audiences.
  • Advanced IT skills (experience of AI, Cyber security and Ecommerce would be particularly advantageous)
  • Strong decisionmaking skills and the ability to analyse and interpret complex information.
  • Effective planning and organisational abilities with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
  • Significant experience in business development or advisory roles, preferably within the education sector.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical problemsolving abilities.
