    Digital Transformation Program Director (FTC)

    In this role, the Program Director will collaborate with key stakeholders in the UK & Globally to continue the delivery of innovative creative and business practices to future-proof Sony Music's marketing capabilities.

    The Program Director will partner with functions and business units across Sony Music to develop and deliver programs to drive strategic change, improve marketing scalability and workflows, and facilitate company education on key digital topics. This role sits within the 4th Floor Creative team.

    This is a fixed term contract running for 7 months from March 2025 to the end of September 2025.

    What you'll do:

    • Support infrastructure and tools usage for optimization opportunities (e.g., asset management, metadata, collaborative & AI tools usage); partner with relevant stakeholders to create and roll out recommendations.
    • Identify opportunities for automation or other efficiencies in marketing, digital and creative workflows (i.e., reporting, internal communication management, creative development); partner with relevant stakeholders to create and roll out recommendations.
    • Collaborate with 4th Floor and labels to negotiate and implement central agency and vendor relationships to increase scalability of label services.
    • Research and inform relevant stakeholders of ongoing changes in the broader digital landscape and implications for business; partner with relevant stakeholders to create and roll out recommendations for Sony Music UK.
    • Support development and roll-out of Digital Uncovered program pillars including supporting our online learning platform.
    • Additional responsibilities and ad-hoc projects to drive organizational change and corporate development as needed.

    Who you are:

    • Demonstrable experience in music industry digital function.
    • Thorough understanding of label, music industry creative and business operations.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of "digital" from creative & marketing to data & analytics to legal frameworks to label operations & workflow.
    • Ahead of the curve on future trends impacting business.
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills to drive multiple workstreams forward.
    • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate business benefits for change.
    • Experience in dealing with third-party vendors and project managing program development.
    • Familiarity with evaluating and rolling SaaS solutions; strong understanding of API functionalities and platforms, automation tools, and business applications of AI.
    • Strong listening skills and curious nature; able to ask the right questions to uncover opportunities and establish solutions.
    • Experience structuring and developing business cases.
    • Experience negotiating enterprise service proposals factoring in fee structures and use cases.
    • Entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate complex environments with resilience and persistence to achieve concrete outcomes.
    • Experience in a global and/or matrixed organization a plus.
    • Creative spirit with operational mindset; versatility and love for problem solving.
