As a Customer Support executive, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to individuals and stakeholders seeking assistance with parking-related matters.
Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and maintaining positive interactions to ensure a smooth and efficient parking services experience.
As a
Customer Support your responsibilities will include:
- Engage actively with customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback, and provide accurate and comprehensive responses.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to parking permits, penalty notices, payment disputes, appeals, and other parkingrelated matters.
- Provide clear and accurate information about parking regulations, permit options, parking facilities, and payment processes.
- Process customer requests for parking permits, permit renewals, refunds, and appeals according to established procedures.
- Work to enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall service quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through stepbystep solutions.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines for customer interactions, issue resolution, and data handling.
- Collaborate with colleagues and crossfunctional teams to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently and in line with BT's vision and values.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong customercentric mindset and the ability to empathize with customers while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Problemsolving skills and the capacity to analyse situations and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
- Familiarity with parking regulations.
- Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or a related field is a plus.
