My client are a high end residential developer who are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Hampshire

Day to day duties:

Selling property off plan from a show home, seeing the sale through until the end
Calling & chasing up appointments
Some sales progressing & liaising with the sales progression team
Negotiating offers with customers
Calling through internal database
