Currently, we are looking for a Head of Compensation & Benefits for our team in Poland (Poznań, Wrocław, Warszawa), Germany (Munich, Berlin), the UK (London), Finland (Helsinki), and Sweden (Stockholm, Malmo).**As a
Head of Compensation & Benefits you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compensation and benefits programs for our company's operations across Nordcloud 10 countries. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation and benefits practices, as well as the ability to harmonize and align these programs across multiple countries.


Your daily responsibilities**:


  • Compensation Management:
  • Evaluating and analyzing market salary data to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent
  • Proactively driving and leading the salary review and bonus payout process aligned to our annual clock
  • Developing and implementing salary structures, merit increase programs, and incentive plans
  • Conducting job evaluations to establish fair and equitable pay scales
  • Financial Planning:
  • Closely collaborating with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of compensation and benefits expenses
  • Working closely in collaboration with Finance department to strategize and streamline the salary review budgeting process, subsequently presenting it to the Nordcloud Leadership team for their approval
  • Benefits Administration & Harmonization:
  • Ensuring that Nordcoud will have a competitive and harmonized benefit structure in future
  • Educating employees on available benefits and assist with enrollment processes
  • Global Payroll Management:
  • Acting as the global owner of payroll
  • Vendor management and problem solving
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Staying abreast of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Ensuring the organization's practices comply with local legislation
  • Taking the lead in engaging with Union representatives and Employee representatives in specific countries to discuss salary adjustments related to collective bargaining
  • Global Mobility:
  • Vendor management
  • Tax consultancy in the organization
  • Process owner for immigration
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilizing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to maintain accurate and uptodate employee records
  • Generating reports and analyzing data related to compensation and benefits to support strategic decisionmaking
  • Employee Communication:
  • Communicating changes in compensation and benefits programs to employees in a clear and timely manner
  • Addressing employee inquiries and providing guidance on compensation and benefitsrelated matters
  • Collaboration:
  • Working closely with HR partners, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of compensation and benefits programs with overall HR and organizational objectives

Your key skills:


  • 10+ years of experience in an HR managerial position
  • Experience of leading and developing business
  • Strategic planning expertise
  • Excellent communication, presentation, argumentation, and stakeholder management skills, solutionoriented mindset and capability to challenge the status quo in a professional and diplomatic way
  • A 'get it done' attitude and ownership of tasks from their inception to completion
  • Experience in working with multinational, partially remote teams
  • Fluent communication skills in
    English
