One of the UK's top 100 start-ups has been on quite the journey, starting from Chris and Julie's spare bedroom over 7 years ago.

We truly began from the "bottom," but fuelled by a deep love for our planet and a dream of a more sustainable future, we're now supplying some of the UK's most famous retailers like Boots, Waitrose and Ocado, not to mention sending our eco-friendly goodies to over 25 countries We started with loo roll but now have a range from nappies to kitchen paper.

We're on the lookout for a talented Customer Service and Community Management intern to join our marvellous digital team Located by the River Thames in London, you'll be surrounded by a bunch of passionate and fun-loving team members - and keep an eye on your biscuits, Colin the office Panda has a sweet tooth

Your role will include:

Assisting with responding to customer queries.
Responding to social media comments.
Community management.
Events and sustainability partnership management.
Educating customers on sustainability and our values.
Getting involved in sustainability initiatives.

Who are you, you might wonder? You're:

Somebody with a good understanding of social media platforms.
A quick learner and a team player.
Confident in trusting your own instinct and communicating with customers.
Passionate about sustainability and providing a good service.
Ability to work weekends when required
Desirable: previous experience in a customer facing role, working towards a degree in sustainability/social media/marketing/communications.

The nitty-gritty:

You'll work 20 hours a week; our teams core office days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays - it would be great for you to join us for one of them.
