Description

MUST HAVE SIA licence. NIGHT SHIFT working on a 4 days on 4 days off rota 7pm - 7am.

The role will be to work as part of a team of four experienced security guards to provide manned guarding to two vacant industrial warehouses in Crawley.

The principal responsibilities and requirements for the role are as follows;

Key holding Lock & Unlock.
Postal/parcel receipt and management.
Telephone & IT Operation & Management if necessary.
Wearing a bespoke uniform provided by EFS.
Personal appearance, cleanliness of uniform and personal hygiene to be at the highest standard.
To greet all visitors with the utmost respect and courtesy at all times. Manage car parking for adjoining tenant.
To facilitate building tours and viewings for visitors and prospective tenants.
To be the first response and primary point of contact for the Managing Agent/Client.
To provide a weekly activity report to Managing Agent and/or Principal Client.
To be the primary point of contact for the property's authorised contractors/subcontractors.
To manage the visitors' register signing in and out.
To perform 4 x site boundary check and site patrol inspections every 12 hours.
To be the first response and primary point of contact in the case of a building emergency.
To manage evacuation procedures in line with the Client's instructions and Property procedures.

Applicants must have extensive previous security guarding experience in similar roles. You must hold an up to date SIA licence and have strong English skills both written and spoken.
