A legal 500-ranked regional firm are looking for an experienced commercial solicitor to build and lead the commercial team in their Hertfordshire office.


Commercial Lawyer's Role


The successful Commercial Lawyer will have the opportunity to work with autonomy and a client-centred focus, providing a high level of commercial knowledge across different business sectors.


The Commercial and Franchising Lawyer will support an broad range of clients on all aspects of commercial work, with key responsibilities including drafting, terms, commercial contract advice and review, franchise agreements, distribution work and serviceagreements.


The Commercial Lawyer

  • Qualified solicitor in England Wales
  • Previous experience in an established private practice or inhouse role
  • Experience in commercial law
  • Experience in franchising
  • Able to manage a varied caseload
  • Enthusiasm to build a team
  • Excellent communication skills
