As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, working closely with our Practice Manager and contributing to the firm's success.

What We Would Expect From You:

  • Conducting standard administrative tasks including file opening, scanning, and filing of documents.
  • Providing efficient administrative support to facilitate the firm's operations.
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks, including updating social media and the website.
  • Managing office duties such as answering calls, diary management, and booking meeting rooms.

Your Main Responsibilities Would Be:


  • Ensuring compliance with all required procedures when opening new files.
  • Undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Practice Manager or Joint Managing Partners.
  • Answering calls, dealing with queries, and providing assistance to consultants.
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous image of the firm at all times.
  • Assisting in social media posting and website updates.
  • Booking meeting rooms, greeting clients, and preparing refreshments.
  • Keeping the office clean, tidy, and in compliance with policies.

It Is Essential That You Have Experience In

  • Educated to GCSE level with Maths and English at Grade C or above.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Good communication skills with a problemsolving approach.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and knowledge of compliance practices.

What Would Be Desirable:


  • Degree in Law.
  • Previous experience in a legal environment in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in abilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media, and website management.
