Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a specialist national provider of utilities in their search for a Customer Sales Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a professional and enthusiastic team within an excellentcompany.

The key responsibilities:

Talking with customers and clients via telephone to book retests for electrical appliances
Effective use of Sage CRM systems to call through existing clients regarding retests
Achieving target number of phone calls and time on phones in a working day
Maintaining regular contact with companies and following up on all activities in accordance with Company Procedures to the point of placement of an order
Supporting Senior Administrators by providing accurate data in support of each new order
Liaise with sales and other departments to maintain clear communication
Attend sales training courses where necessary
Report to Sales Manager either formally or informally on a daily/weekly basis as required
Support Account Managers regarding the follow up of New Business sales prospect to ensure crossselling of the companies services

Requirements:

Previous customer service background
Confidence working on phones with excellent telephone manner
Time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent organisation skills

The salary is starting from £18,000 to £21,000 with a potential performance bonus of up to £3,000 a year

The hours would be Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.
