Are you an experienced Infrastructure professional, looking for a new challenge in your career? Do you have demonstrable experience in leading from the front and developing and motivating a team? Have you previously been responsible for managing day to dayoperations, improving and monitoring all systems? I'm looking to speak with individuals who can provide technical and leadership support for solutions deployed within the cloud and on-premise environments.

You will be able to demonstrate that you can manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You must be able to operate within the ITIL framework, overseeing incidents, problems, service requests and changes, ensuring the company infrastructure isn't compromised.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the IT Operations team to ensure the highest standards are delivered

Ensure the company is compliant with security policies and procedures

Deliver technical support for the cloud and on-premise environments

Keep all technical documentation maintained to the highest standards

Inspire and motivate the team to continually improve the Service and Operations function

Oversee the 2 nd and 3 rd line support provision

Manage relationships with 3 rd party providers

Previously worked in an infrastructure management role

Capable of motivating and mentoring staff to reach their full potential

Excellent senior stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate to deliver results

Previous experience of managing budgets and creating reports

ITIL certified

Desired experience with:

Microsoft Azure, designing, implementing and supporting SaaS, PaaS and IaaS

Office 365 administration and management

VNETs, DHCP, DNS, WAF and firewall configurations

Microsoft virtualised platforms, physical server maintenance and storage area networks

Mobile Device Management solutions

Endpoint Manager
