Description

Our client is a leading law firm hiring an Internal Auditor to join their team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to have a proactive and meaningful impact on the firm's approach to compliance.

In this role, you'll lead on the firm's auditing framework in order to reduce risks in a wide range of areas and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures and ultimately mitigating risk.

Key roles and responsibilities will include:

Leading the annual audit and review plan, addressing the firm's risks, priorities and aims
Analysing documentation
Conducting interviews and observations
Updating key stakeholders and presenting a final report of the audit findings and agreeing actions
Preparing and analysing risk management information
Developing the risk management framework
Carrying out risk assessments
Implementing and improving risk control
