Description
A Private Investor business are hiring for a Head of Operations to join them on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Head of Operations to move into the business or for an Operations Manager / Director to step into the position.


Reporting into the CEO, you would be responsible for the day to day business operations, planning the current work and future workload across teams, ensuring that technology platforms are operating andbeing used effectively, management of third party relationshipsor partner agreementsincluding compliance requirement and due diligence, as well as a number of other responsibilities expected from Head of Operations.


Role requirements:

  • Must have worked in an Operations leadership role within Private Investments, Private Equity or Venture Capital businesses recently

ESSENTIAL:


  • Strong understanding of the full life cycle of the investment proves, from initial evaluations to fundraising.
  • Experience with financial planning and financial analysis, with the ability to run reports and scenario planning.
  • Experience managing a team and ability to manage people related issues.
  • Previously managed day to day operations and business processes, driving efficiencies.
  • Business transformation experience would be useful but not essential.

Role details:

  • London based, hybrid with 34 days a week in the office.
- £80-100k base salary DOE.

  • Must be available within 4 weeks notice.
