This staff will be responsible for providing Emergency first aid to the people attending the event if and when required to the highest proficiency.

Essential
- At least one of the following nationally recognised certificates, checkable & indate
- QA Level 3 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (QCF)
- Or equivalent qualification. Student Paramedics will be considered.
- Or hold the competencies required of a higher role
- In date Basic Life Support (BLS) & AED qualification
- Adult and Children Safeguarding Certificate
- Enhanced DBS
- Valid ID Document / Passport
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to manage time effectively and deal with conflicting priorities
- Ability to be proactive and use own initiative
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to be confident
Desirable
- Full UK driving license held for a minimum of 2 years, with no more than 6 penalty points
Role
- Working as part of a team or solo
- Attend pre, during & post event briefings
- Dealing with both emergency and nonemergency casualties
- Recording incidents
- Communication with colleagues via radios and telephone
- Patrolling on foot or as in a vehicle
- Monitoring crowds for signs of stress or conflict
- Cleaning of treatment areas, including first aid posts & vehicles
- Preparation of first aid kits & first aid posts
- Any other duties commensurate with the role
