The Company

The Vehicle Group (TVG) are one of Europe's leading automotive technology and vehicle CCTV manufacturer's specialising in vehicle security, CCTV, telematics, and power management.

Due to our continued growth and expansion of our Installation & Service Department, several new and exciting employment opportunities are now available based at offices on Colburn Business Park, Catterick Garrison.

Your Role

We are looking for enthusiastic driven people to come join our team who can help us here at TVG to continue to deliver the highest level of customer service.

You will be joining the team planning and co-ordinating installations, working to an agreed schedule meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning installation rollouts including kit dispatch schedules
Liaising with customers and engineers
Working closely with our Engineering Department, Field Engineers, and Account Managers

Ideally you will have:

4 GCSE's or equivalent A-C including Maths and English
Minimum of 1 year working within a customer service/call centre environment
Ability to manage own workload and multitask
Ability to adapt quickly and use own initiative to problem solve with onsite issues
