Description

You will be responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.

Principal responsibilities

  • Support and manage a team of Care & Support Workers
  • To be oncall in case of emergency
  • To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator
  • Act as a link between the client and the office
  • Oversee care quality control
  • Monitor and supervise care service

FCS:
Due to area expansion our office team is growing We are currently looking for field care supervisors.


Salary:
up to £27,000 PLUS per annum, on call allowance, benefits such as a company car and private health
care.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week


Principal responsibilities:

  • Managing care and support workers
  • Ensuring care and support workers are adhering to Caremark's high standards and following policies and
procedures set out by Caremark management

  • Work closely with care coordinators and managers to plan service delivery
  • Hold regular team meetings, supervisions and appraisals with care and support workers to ensure
effective partnership working and staff development

  • Initiate first contact with service users and family to carry out care assessments
  • Manage on call phone during evenings and weekends. Minimal time only ie. One evening per week and one
weekend per month. Office is open weekdays 8am-9pm for support and weekends 7am-7pm for support.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Experience:

- providing care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
