We currently have opportunities to join us as a Bank Autism Practitioners at our homes in Roxby, Nr Winterton, Dragonby, Nr Scunthorpe and Broughton Nr Brigg.

All our homes are based in North Lincolnshire.

All are CQC rated Outstanding and Good and provide specialist residential care to adults with autism, complex needs or learning disabilities.

We have excellent facilities for our residents which include beautiful gardens, café, sports hall and gym, a small animals farm and horticultural area, art and pottery rooms.

A multimedia room with recording studio and more


This is a flexible role where you would be paid an hourly rate working shifts as agreed with the Managers to cover for things such as annual leave.

The shifts are offered out to the Bank team and can include day shifts, night shifts, evenings or weekends as we operate a 24/7, 52 week service.

Your preferences and availability would be discussed at interview.

Who are we looking for?


This role is ideal for those who have ad hoc availability to work shifts but can't currently commit to a permanent role with a fixed working pattern.

No previous industry experience is required as we will provide full training and support which starts with a fantastic two-week paid induction (Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5pm) and continues when you are in post.
