We're looking for a Planner to join our Ministry of Justice Construction Services Framework Team based in Basingstoke.

Within this role, you can enjoy 26 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), Company car OR Car Allowance, Medical cover and even more.


Location:
Basingstoke - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required


Contract:
Permanent - Full time - flexible hours available if desired, just let us know


Responsibilities


As a Planner, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice team, supporting them across a mixture of construction and refurbishment schemes.


Your day to day will include:

  • producing effective programmes, logistics and methodologies as part of our collaborative pre-construction team
  • Leading and owning the planning process, working collaboratively within our preconstruction team and taking advice from our delivery team as required
- coordination and management of the production of high-quality programmes from inception through to project completion and take ownership of the process and supporting documentation


What are we looking for?
This role of Planner is great for you if:

  • have previous Planner experience on projects up to £5m
- have commercial and contractual understanding in relation to programme matters
- have Membership of a relevant body (CIOB, APM)
