Wild Recruitment are working alongside a growing organisation based in Milton Keynes on the role of
Sales Admin Supervisor.

Working as
Team Supervisor you will provide full support to Admin, Sales and Marketing departments. You will have huge impact on, their productivity and all activities improving customer experience.


Salary :
£28,000-£32,000

Hours : 37.5 (Hybrid)


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor Sales performance and keep track of achievements against requirements.
  • Provide support for Sales Admin and help desk when necessary.
  • Produce quotes, process customer orders and manage requests.
  • Promote, sell and advise customers on products and services. Attend customer meetings.
  • Processing orders and overseas shipment
  • Ensure customers are regularly advised with the products available, pricing and discounts.
  • Act as a supervisor to the team and provide guidance and training.
  • Create and maintain good working relationships with clients.

Experience:


  • Experience working within a supervisory/team leader role
  • Proactively maintaining working relationships.
  • Experience working to targets and working within a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office and data entry systems.
  • Someone who is determined and has initiative.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good clear communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Real leader and person who sets a good example.
