Join our Family Of Pioneers as a Maintenance Engineer


Works as part of the engineering team and supports the operation through planning and organizing effect planned maintenance systems for the extrusion blow moulding and stretch blow moulding departments.


Tasks & responsibilities:


  • You will lead the engineering team to deliver planned maintenance through effective and established maintenance systems currently in place.
  • Carrying out effective planned maintenance in the respective areas of responsibility.
  • Develops teams to ensure they deliver the highest level of maintenance.
  • You will be an outstanding team player and communicator with the ability to work and collaborate with other departments.
  • Actively participate in the introduction of new technology and embraces new working methods.
  • Actively ensure all safe systems of work are strictly adhered to and teams are fully conversant with safe working practices
  • Take responsibility for team ensuring they have the parts and training to facilitate the business requirements.
  • Be prepared to participate in any offsite training that facilitates the development of the role.
  • Support in a handson role
  • To perform any other duties in connection with the job that may from time to time be reasonably required by supervision and which are consistent with the "Main Purpose of the Job".

What makes you great:


Experience Required:


  • Experience Electrical Bias Maintenance engineer with extensive experience within a fast paced FMCG manufacturing environment experience within Plastics industry advantageous


  • Minimum requirement

  • HNC qualified
  • Strong team lead experience, able to communicate effectively
