About the role and the team


Depaul UK are very excited to be part of a pilot service, new in England, working as part of a consortium of four organisations which Depaul will lead, alongside Lambeth Council.

This will be a residential support service for young people at risk of serious youth violence.

The service will provide three small-scale accommodations in Greater London and outside of Lambeth for young people aged 16-24 years.


The service will work creatively and holistically to enable young people to exit environments involving youth violence, identify and reach their goals and aspirations, move on successfully, and importantly to sustain this life.


Depaul UK and our delivery partners are looking to recruit a multi-disciplinary team of practitioners who are passionate about recognising the potential in young people; people who will go out of their way to make a difference.

Depaul UK is recruiting a number of Senior Progression Coaches and we'd love to hear from you.


About you

You will have:

  • Significant experience of working with vulnerable young people requiring a range of support needs.
  • Experience of successfully supporting the safety and wellbeing of clients within a service and working collaboratively with key partners
  • Experience working in partnership with other professionals using a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach
  • Experience of using Risk Assessments and Support Planning
  • Experience of operating safeguarding requirements and procedures
  • Commitment to working in a manner, which promotes diversity and equality ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity and no one, suffers from discrimination
  • Respect for the values and ethos of Depaul and its founding ideals
