JHE & Partners are working with reputable and established company in Halifax as they look to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis.

You must have at least 1-2 years working in a Credit Control position or similar with strong organisational skills.

Working hours 9-5pm.

This role will include:

Managing transactional activities within sales ledger
Investigating customer queries and ensuring they are monitored, reviewed, and resolved in a timely manner
Setting up new customer accounts
Chasing customers for payments
Reconciling intercompany balances between the companies
Assisting with daily banking and allocating customer receipts
Negotiating payment plans with customers.
Improving controls and processes to add value and drive efficiency
Dealing with ad hoc duties that may arise
Liaise with various depots to ensue queries are resolved in a timely manner
Strong communicator and hardworking
Working knowledge of SAP would be desirable
Excel
