Accounts Administrator
Due to expansion our client a leading employer are currently looking to recruit for an
Accounts Administrator to join their team.
The Role
- Work closely with the Financial Controller
- Preparation of Purchase orders and distribution for authorisation
- Filing of invoices and dealing with any queries
- Assisting with the maintenance of sales ledger
- Raising monthly sales invoices
- Responsible for all cash received records, ensuring all monies received
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Assisting with month end reports
- Posting monthly sales transactions
- VAT returns
- Support finance team with any other duties
Essential Criteria
- At least one years' experience within an account's role
- An accounts qualification or relevant experience
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- High numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive cando attitude towards work
