Accounts Administrator


Due to expansion our client a leading employer are currently looking to recruit for an
Accounts Administrator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity that offers career progression with a hugely successful business.


The Role

  • Work closely with the Financial Controller
  • Preparation of Purchase orders and distribution for authorisation
  • Filing of invoices and dealing with any queries
  • Assisting with the maintenance of sales ledger
  • Raising monthly sales invoices
  • Responsible for all cash received records, ensuring all monies received
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with month end reports
  • Posting monthly sales transactions
  • VAT returns
  • Support finance team with any other duties

Essential Criteria

  • At least one years' experience within an account's role
  • An accounts qualification or relevant experience
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload
  • High numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive cando attitude towards work

£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
