    High-Quality Civil Engineering Services Provider Seeks Senior Estimator for North West Projects

    About Us

    Our client is a reputable civil engineering and groundworks contractor delivering exceptional services across various project sizes, from smaller schemes to larger projects.

    The company provides expertise in all aspects of civil engineering, including roads and sewers, highways, groundworks, landscaping, excavation, surfacing, concrete, and rail.

    Job Opportunity

    We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team and work on projects across the North West region.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating costs and leading the estimating functions on multiple schemes up to £3m in value.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Lead the production of tenders, budget estimates, and cost plans for projects across the North West.
    2. Review bid documents, drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure accurate tender submissions.
    3. Identify financial, design, production, and contractual risks and opportunities.
    4. Measure quantities and produce Bills of Quantities or oversee their production by others.
    5. Ensure subcontractor and supplier enquiries are issued and quotations received.

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role, candidates must have experience working on NEC projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
