Customer Service Representative
If you are a good team player who loves working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, you could thrive as a Customer Service Representative.
About the role
Purpose of the roles is to deliver excellent customer service through the pro-active management of customers contracts.
You will work as part of a wider team and build outstanding relationships internally and externally, consistently delivering excellent results against agreed performance objectives.
It will involve plenty of scheduling and planning duties and making sure these plans reach realisation stage so ability to multitask and visualise workload and pipeline will be critical here.
You will be required to handle incoming leads and allocation them to relevant estimator for handling.
Out customer support team works as one.
About you
You will need to be Pro-active and well organised, able to manage a busy workload with competing and changing priorities, you need to be flexible and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment' A team player who can build strong effective relationships with customers.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education:
