About the Role
The Sheffield College is a further and higher education institution dedicated to providing academic, vocational, and professional qualifications to approximately 13,000 young people and adults annually.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Academy of Professional Industries as a lecturer in IT and Digital Skills.
Working as an integral part of the IT teaching team, this is a fantastic time to join an Ofsted rated 'Good' college.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and delivery of new T Levels qualifications in IT and Digital Skills.
- Align the curriculum with employer needs and industry standards.
- Deliver engaging IT and Digital courses to adult learners.
- Foster an inclusive and accessible learning environment.
- Inspire and support students to achieve their full potential.
Skills & Knowledge
- Experienced IT Teacher or recent IT/Digital graduate
- Ability to align curriculum with industry standards and employer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and accessible learning environment
