An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a People Advisor to join our Communications, People and Culture team.

This is a pivotal role in enhancing the skills, knowledge and performance of our employees.

The postholder will work across the Communications, People and Culture Directorate and across the business providing a professional service which aspires to achieve HR excellence in all interactions.

You will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of people services advising line managers and employees on People Policies and in relation to a wide range of employee relations matters ensuring excellence customer service and a people centric approach.

To create and maintain documentation in support of our People Policies such as process guidance and toolkits.

To provide comprehensive support to the People team and business whilst managing a variety of tasks, supporting transactional activity such as hr administration, data reporting and data analysis.

To assist with operational tasks including central inboxes, recruitment, health and wellbeing and general queries. To support and enable a positive, healthy and inclusive culture at CHP.

Embedding the values and behaviours in day-to-day delivery and championing cultural and wellbeing initiatives.
