CARE WORKER - STOKE & NEWCASTLE UNDER LYME

EXPERIENCE NOT ESSENTIAL

Basic hourly rates range from £12.25 to £18.38 per hour

£28,500 - £30,000 FTE based on a 40-hour week

However, having your own
driver's license is a must. WE CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH A COMPANY CAR, along with car insurance and some petrol. The details of how we can support you in regard to your transportation will be discussed during the interview

We provide community care in and around Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme. Our customers are elderly and vulnerable, and we support them every day to lead the best life they can.

We are not an agency, we are a Care Provider contracted with numerous councils, as such we can guarantee your hours and give you a run that is carefully planned so we will not send you all over Stoke on Trent and Newcastle under Lyme.

Your work will be planned to ensure you routinely work with the same customers which helps you, our future staff members, to provide high quality, consistent care.

Hours and Pay
We offer part time, full-time contracts and zero-hour contracts

If you work 40 hours per week you can expect your gross pay to be approximately £550 per week along with a separate payment of £55 paid into your holiday pot as well.

Basic hourly rates range from £12.25 to £18.38 per hour plus we pay a mileage contribution, and enhancements to your hourly rate of pay for overtime and bank holidays.
