    The Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales operations and developing strategies to achieve ambitious goals.

    This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership within the beverage industry, particularly in the draught product sector.

    You will lead a talented sales team, cultivate relationships with key clients, and ensure our brand's continued success in a competitive market.

    Sales Director Responsibilities

    • Develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive national growth.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
    • Set clear performance metrics, monitor progress, and implement initiatives to improve sales performance and achieve targets.
    • Work closely with marketing, production, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and optimal product availability.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a Senior Sales role within the drink industry.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to exceed targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Willingness to travel regularly to meet with clients, distributors, and team members across the country.
