Edwards & Ward are currently recruiting for a Cook Supervisor to run one of our busy sites in central Bristol.

The main duties of the role are

Food preparation and service for up to 300 pupils per day.
Food ordering and stock rotation.
Weekly stocktaking and collation of meal numbers.
Presentation of meals.
General cleaning duties.
Food safety & H&S procedures.
Staff training

Catering experience would be advantageous, however full training will be given. Level 2 in food safety, health & safety and allergens ongoing throughout employment. Uniform and safety shoes provided.

This is a term time only position, so would suit persons looking to return to work, with hours that suit school times & holidays.

Hours of work - Monday - Friday, between hours per week, up to £11.50 per hour depending on experience. Travel costs covered by E&W.
