Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Self Employed Administrator to join our team.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.

This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and update office records and files
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist in managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist in organizing company events or meetings as required

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment operation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

Pay:
£25,290.00-£29,090.00 per year
