About Our Client:
My client are a leading lettings platform who are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their finance team on a temporary basis for 4-6 months based in the City of London.
The main responsibility of the role will be leading a project to outsource their payroll to an external provider and implementation of new procedures.
The key responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist will be:
- Leading on a project to outsource payroll to an external provider
- Setting up polices
- Implementing new procedures
- Tidying up processes and creating new processes
- Liaising with head of departments to ensure smooth transaction to external provider
The Successful Applicant:
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to work within a team with confidence to speak and work with people
- Able to build relationships
- On a short notice period or can start immediately
- Previous experience with leading on a payroll project highly desirable
