Welcome.A family-run business in the heart of North Hykeham. We are a cafe/tearoom that provides homecooked meals, and hearty breakfasts.
We are looking to extend an invitation to our family for an experienced cook to join our team, to support the demands of the business under the leadership of our head chef 'Boo'.
This is a part-time position for around 20 hour per week with the potential for additional hours.Our opening hours are 9.00 am till 3.00 pm Monday - Sunday
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- To prepare, cook and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- To undertake any catering task.
- To undertake washing up and cleaning as required.
- To serve customers in a quick, polite manner ensuring good customer service.
- To complete any administration as required including food temperatures, & cleaning schedules etc
- To ensure the kitchen is maintained in a clean, organised manner ensuring all food safety and health & safety policies and procedures are followed.
- Order taking
- Waitering.
- Till Management
- Contributing thoughts and ideas

COVID-19 considerations:
Regular handwashing and PPE is provided as well as sanitisation stations but we are following legal compliance and guidelines which at this current time means you are able to make your own informed decision on masks and additional precautions.
Experience:
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
