AJ Chambers is delighted to be working alongside an excellent Law Firm that are looking for a Paralegal to join their Dispute Resolution team.

Some of the Main Duties:

Coordinating and managing debt recovery matters with the supervision of the Head of the Dispute Resolution team.
Being involved with a diverse range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including property, consumer, agriculture disputes, debt recovery, injunctions, professional negligence, leasehold extensions, insolvency, nuisance, defamation, and contentiousprobate.
Liasing with clients in a professional manner.
Managing, maintaining and forming positive client relationships.
Assisting attorneys in preparing and managing cases related to dispute resolution matters such as arbitration, mediation, and litigation.
Conducting legal research and analysis to support attorneys in developing case strategies and arguments.
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal correspondence.
Preparing and organizing case files, including maintaining physical and electronic files, scheduling deadlines, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
