Website Assistant - Electrical2Go / Phase Electrical

An opportunity has arisen to join a well established independent electrical wholesaler with 8 branches located across Sussex and Kent.

We are currently looking for a Website Assistant to be based at our offices in Bexhill. We require an individual who has a moderate level of computer literacy and experience with Microsoft packages. This role requires a self-motivated individual, who is methodical and well organised, with great attention to detail. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can learn quickly.

The ability to work well under pressure whilst ensuring your tasks are executed to the highest possible standards and quality are vital.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

Updating products on the site
Adding products to the site
Preparing files for import
Price checking
Contacting suppliers for product information and images
Administration
General support as required by Website Manager

Skills required:

Moderate level of computer literacy
Moderate level of competence in Excel and Outlook
Attention to detail
Selfmotivated
Methodical and well organised
Quick learner
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Please be advised the starting salary listed is minimum wage for those aged 23 or over. Starting salary will be from the minimum wage appropriate for your age; however is negotiable depending on experience.

Minimum wage for those aged is £12,430.60
Minimum wage for those 21-22 is £16,707.60
